Responsibilities

• Plan field service requests and organize the relevant teams.
• Analyze technical failure reports from Service Engineers and define appropriate intervention plans.
• Coordinate field interventions and workshop repair processes simultaneously.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly schedules of technician teams.
• Plan engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of work orders, service reports, and technical records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and workshop operational standards.
• Manage operational tracking through ERP and service management systems.
