Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a Service Planning Administrator to manage the forward planning of open service orders, coordinate parts availability, and communicate with customers and engineers to ensure timely visits. The role emphasizes accurate planning, order release, and timely invoicing upon service completion.

You will work with SAP-based reporting, coordinate with Field Service Engineers, and support contract processing while handling ad-hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer forward planning of all open orders.
• Ensure orders are created, allocated, and released to engineers.
• Confirm availability of required parts ahead of visits.
• Liaise with customers to arrange and confirm service visits.
• Monitor progress of customer orders and plan additional work.
• Close and/or invoice service orders after completion.
• Maintain scheduling on the Planning Board for SAP reporting.
• Communicate with Planning Team Leader, Regional Service Manager, and others to expedite requests.
• Resolve operational or planning issues with Planning & Contracts Team Leader/Regional Service Manager.
• Record information from Field Service Engineers for up-to-date records.
• Manage tasks in C4C and VeasyPlanner as they come in.
• Issue purchase orders to third-party suppliers as required.
• Assist with contract processing when needed.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
