Job summary

Ford Otosan is seeking a high‑caliber STA lead to represent supplier quality within the VRT group. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues in new launches and drive performance improvements.

The role requires a strong background in quality engineering, manufacturing processes, and advanced English. Hybrid work model, Kotlin pension and flex benefits are part of the employee package.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in Supplier Quality, STA, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with proactive and solution oriented thinking.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret technical data and quality KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the STA representative within the VRT group, acting as STA Co Lead and supporting Supplier Process items.
• Lead problem solving of supplier-related quality issues in new launches after JOB+90, coordinating STA Site members and cross functions as needed.
• Drive chronic supplier quality issue resolution with STA Site members and structured actions.
• Monitor supplier performance (QR/PPM) and coordinate actions.
• Ensure on-time and robust 8D closure from suppliers; support the Part Quality team on delayed responses or repeat issues.
