Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join a global leader in mobility as a Customer Quality Engineer in İzmit. You will work within the Quality division to analyze field claims, collaborate with suppliers on root-cause improvements and prepare comprehensive quality reports for ongoing enhancements.

The role requires a mechanical/metallurgical engineering degree, at least 2 years in QA/QC, and strong knowledge of IATF 16949, CATIA and GD&T, with excellent English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of QA/QC experience in automotive sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and core quality tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and follow up Europe and domestic field claims.
• Collaborate with suppliers for root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Prepare reports on quality issues, tests and improvement studies.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and follow-up.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Conduct regular supplier visits and confirm actions.
