Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu, Supplier Quality Development Engineer pozisyonu için nitelikli adaylar arıyor. Bu rol, tedarikçilik gelişimini yönlendirmek ve kalite süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesi için dokümantasyon ile denetimi üstlenmeyi içerir.

İmalat ve kalite odaklı bir ekip içinde çalışacak, ISO 9001 ve IATF 16949 gibi kalite yönetim sistemlerini uygulama ve tedarikçi süreçlerini iyileştirme becerisine sahip olması beklenir. İngilizce iletişim yeteneği önemli bir gerekliliktir.

Qualifications

• Bir mühendislik fakültesi mezunu olmak.
• Iyi derecede İngilizce bilen olmak.
• Otomotiv sektöründe kalite/Ar-Ge deneyimi tercih edilir.

Responsibilities

• Üretici gelişim faaliyetlerini koordine etmek ve raporlamak.
• Yurtiçi ve yurtdışı tedarikçilerin dokümantasyon ve süreç denetimlerini organize etmek.
• Denetim sonuçlarını raporlamak ve 8D süreçlerini takip etmek.
• APQP süreçleri kapsamında yeni ürün lansmanında tedarikçi seçimi ve üretim onayını yönetmek.

If You Also;

• Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, preferably from Mechanical or Materials & Metallurgical Engineering departments,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in Quality / R&D or Product Development / Production departments within the automotive sector,
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (MSA, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.),
• Experienced in Production Methodology and System Development,
• Knowledgeable about the digitalization of quality processes,
• Strong communication skills, a good team player, analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• We also expect you to have strong time management skills, be a good team player, adopt a people-oriented approach, and be eager to learn.

What will you do when you join us?

• Coordinating supplier development activities and preparing periodic and annual reports,
• Organizing and conducting documentation and process audits of domestic and international suppliers,
• Reporting supplier audit results and following up on action plans and 8D (Corrective Action) processes,
• Participating in trial and commissioning processes with an auditor’s perspective,
• Ensuring proper and timely management of equipment, tooling, process design, production, and qualification stages — from supplier selection to mass production approval — in accordance with the APQP process during the new product launch phase.
