Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. invites applications for a Field Quality Specialist in Turkey. The role focuses on reducing field callbacks, customer complaints, and warranty costs by analyzing field performance data and supporting root-cause investigations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Service, Sales, Engineering, and Factory teams to drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement and ISO 9001 quality activities. Travel up to 20% across the country is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Service, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
• Good knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality improvement tools.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel across the country up to 20% of time to support OT / OPXL Programs.

Responsibilities

• Support field quality improvement activities to reduce callbacks, customer complaints, and warranty costs.
• Analyze quality and field performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for field quality issues.
• Work with Operations, Service, New Equipment, Sales, Engineering, and Factories to resolve quality issues.
• Support customer complaint and escalation management processes.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards using company tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and share best practices.
• Support ISO 9001 quality management system activities, including audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
