Cushman & Wakefield | TR International is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious office development in Istanbul. This full-time, site-based role runs for approximately 5 months under a fixed-term contract, with 6-day work weeks and close collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or allied discipline.
Minimum 10 years of professional construction experience.
Proven track record in site management or project management on large projects.

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day site activities to meet objectives safely and on schedule.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Oversee QA/QC in line with specifications and procedures.
Review contractor submissions and coordinate responses.
Conduct site inspections and supervise contractor activities.
Collaborate with MEP engineers and safety auditors, implementing corrective actions.
Review shop drawings and technical submittals for compliance.
Assess variations and change orders, documenting impact.
Monitor procurement, schedules, and risk; report issues early.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
Lead handover and defect resolution during defects liability period.
