Job summary

The Instant Group, now part of IWG, seeks a Workplace Manager to lead onsite operations for a large 50,000 sqft office in Istanbul. You will oversee workplace and facilities services, manage suppliers, and drive a high‑quality, compliant workplace experience.

You will lead a small team, manage performance against SLAs, and partner with the client to deliver continuous improvement and strong workplace culture on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a large, busy workplace with direct team leadership.
• Strong Facilities Management background (hard & soft services).
• Experience with outsourced supplier management, including food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, collaborative workplace and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance community engagement and workplace culture.
• Oversee facilities services delivery and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
