Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield | TR International seeks a commercially minded (Senior) Consultant to join its Industrial Agency team in Istanbul. You will advise occupiers, owners and developers across industrial real estate, including warehouses and development land, handling business development, client advisory and leasing/sale transactions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, client focus and entrepreneurial drive to build a long-term career in this dynamic sector.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, industrial/logistics preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline as stated.
Strong business development, client relationships and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and reporting abilities.
Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
Solid MS 365 knowledge; CRM and data platforms are a plus.
Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Originate new business and develop long-term relationships with occupiers, owners and developers.
Advise on leasing, acquisition and disposal of industrial assets.
Manage transaction processes from client engagement to completion.
Perform site selection, location analysis and market research for logistics facilities.
Create leasing, sale and marketing strategies for landlord instructions.
Prepare pitches, proposals and client presentations with documentation.
Produce market appraisals and value opinions with supporting evidence.
Analyze market data and trends to provide actionable advice.
