This role centers on aligning business and technology while serving as a trusted advisor to architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions addressing unique challenges.

You will lead design and implementation, develop scalable data architectures, and mentor teams on Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or Functional Consulting in tech fields.
• Proven Salesforce Architect/Consultant experience with Salesforce platform.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned to objectives.
• Develop scalable data architectures and integrate data across systems.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to deliver data-driven outcomes.
• Define data integration strategies focusing on ingestion, transformation and unification.
• Establish data quality, security and governance best practices.
• Serve as SME on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related Salesforce products.
• Mentor teams on Salesforce functionalities and new features.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and drive data capabilities.
