You will integrate multiple systems, collaborate with DevOps, QA, UX, and integration teams, and ensure high standards and code quality in a distributed environment. The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce development with at least 1 year in leadership, strong APEX/Lightning/SOQL/LWCF skills, CI/CD experience, and English at B2+ level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in Salesforce development.
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience.
• Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds with demonstrated success in implementation.
• Expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWCF.
• Familiarity with estimation techniques and project planning.
• Solid experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration using CI/CD practices.
• Background in working with Agile methodologies and delivering in Agile environments.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level to facilitate effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce team
• Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment
• Design and implement technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Work closely with technology teams, including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
• Guide development team in creating innovative solutions with a focus on standards and code quality
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot end user issues
