Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join our collaborative team. You will design and deliver solutions using Salesforce components and lead the development team.

You will follow our development standards, participate in the architecture community, and expand qualifications through continuous education. Fluent English is required; the role offers ongoing learning and diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Perfect understanding of Salesforce Platform products with over 12 years of general experience in Salesforce
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
• Proficiency in Git (e.g., code merges between branches, cherry-picking, release tags)
• Solid knowledge of design/enterprise architecture patterns
• Advanced understanding of the Salesforce deployment toolchain (Salesforce DX, change sets, data loader)
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with testing processes and types of tests (SIT, UAT, QA, automated testing)
• Ability to assist the project manager in providing cost and time estimations
• Capability to work effectively under high pressure from project management or customers
• Experience conducting technical discovery sessions
• Knowledge of integration patterns
• Experience designing and building integration architectures
• Strong client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Nice to have: Agentforce or Data Cloud certification
