Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide our Salesforce team in delivering impactful solutions. You will play a key role in application design, customization, and deployment while collaborating with various technology groups.

You will lead the team, design and implement technical solutions, work with DevOps, QA, and UX, and align delivery with Agile practices. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, leadership experience, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Proven experience across Salesforce clouds with implementation success.
Expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC.
Strong English communication abilities (B2+).

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce team.
Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment.
Design and implement technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with technology teams including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX.
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce including internal and third-party apps.
Guide development team in creating innovative solutions with focus on standards and code quality.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot end-user issues.
