Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its Digital Engagement Practice to redesign customer experiences at the intersection of content, commerce, data and AI. You will design scalable architectures that combine strategy, design and engineering for global brands.

Responsibilities include defining strategy for DXPs and MACH architectures, guiding client investments, mentoring teams and ensuring security, privacy and compliance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology roles including 3+ years as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience with DXPs or commerce platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, SAP).
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API-based solutions.
• Understanding of AI and generative AI in customer journeys.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and business alignment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CMOs, CDOs, CTOs to translate goals into scalable architectures.
• Define solution strategy for composable DXPs, headless commerce, MACH architectures.
• Craft reference architectures, blueprints and narratives for client decisions.
• Ensure security, privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS).
• Mentor delivery teams to maintain architectural integrity across projects.
• Engage cross-functional teams to deliver human-centered, AI-enabled experiences.
• Promote AI-native strategies such as generative content operations.
