Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead complex Salesforce projects remotely. You will design and implement customized solutions using Apex, declarative tools, and best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

You will collaborate with product owners, admins, and architects to translate business needs into robust technical designs, produce documentation, and support release management.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience with advanced Apex
• Designing complex sharing models and enterprise security controls
• Strong integration experience across REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk APIs
• Data modeling, large data volume strategies, and transactional integrity in Salesforce
• Excellent communication and collaboration across tech and business teams
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Apex and declarative tools
• Architect sharing models aligned with least privilege principles
• Build integrations with external systems
• Conduct code reviews and raise engineering standards
• Translate requirements into secure technical designs with product owners
• Produce technical docs, ADRs, and diagrams
• Support release management and production operations
