Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a client to hire a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in Turkey. This remote, independent-contractor role covers intake, sourcing, assessment, presentation, and placement, with high-touch, consultative recruitment across multiple specialties.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate with clients and candidates, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to stay organized. Flexible hours and a dynamic consulting environment are offered.

Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple professional specialties or seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or Workday Recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage requisitions, candidate stages, screening notes, and reporting with ATS.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment engagements from intake to placement.
• Lead recruitment intake discussions to clarify role requirements and timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and deliver defined recruitment services for fractional engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create or coordinate job postings, review applications, and develop candidate pipelines.
• Conduct structured screening and interviews against criteria.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries.
• Coordinate client feedback and offer communications with hiring teams.
