Job summary

Sigenergy is seeking a Solution & Service Manager to support customers during installation, maintenance, and repair of PV solar and energy storage devices. You will organize training for installers and partners and oversee service planning, customer care, and reporting to ensure optimal product use and high satisfaction.

You will design service strategies, lead projects, and travel within the region as required, collaborating with HQ and local teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in PV solar & ESS industry with solution design & project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of PV/ESS systems (design, installation, maintenance).
• Experience in customer care and service strategy development.
• Excellent project management with track record on complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Turkish; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Plan service activities with local teams and HQ.
• Support installers and wholesalers by phone and email; provide fast, uncomplicated assistance.
• Carry out on-site repairs or assist during initial commissioning.
• Organise and lead training sessions for employees, customers and partners, online and in person.
• Monitor performance, analyse processes, and prepare service KPIs and reports.
