Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Service & Support professional in Türkiye to act as the main interface between customers and Sungrow, delivering technical service during on‑site interventions or remote dispatches.

You will own customer cases, diagnose issues, and support project management during commissioning and site acceptance, while following safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Education as an Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer.
• Language skills: Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call duty when required.
• Experience interacting with customers - ideally in technically or time‑critical situations.
• Open to travel frequently
• Active driving license
