Job summary

Sungrow Europe seeks a service engineer in Türkiye to bridge customers and our Sungrow team, delivering on-site and remote technical support for inverters and storage solutions.

You will diagnose issues, participate in commissioning and site acceptance, and travel frequently across Türkiye. English and Turkish at B2 level are required, along with an electrical technician/engineer background and a driving license. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Education as Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer.
• Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty when required.
• Experience interacting with customers in technical or time-critical contexts.
• Open to frequent travel and active driving license.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface between customers and Sungrow, ensuring smooth communication and support.
• Take ownership of assigned customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical service and support during on-site interventions, field visits, or remote dispatches.
• Diagnose technical issues and contribute to sustainable service solutions.
• Support Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance processes.
• Follow established procedures, safety regulations, and documentation standards.
