Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is hiring a Service Procurement Manager to lead procurement for the Service Department, including maintenance and annual scheduled services. You will own end-to-end processes and drive efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, English fluency, SAP PO experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Travel on a regular basis is expected to support global and local projects in renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SAP PO processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in purchasing, negotiation, and offer preparation.
• Background in after-sales sourcing activities.
• Experience in renewable energy is a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly, including nights away from home.

We are hiring a "Service Procurument Manager" for our global business partner operating in the Renewable Energy.

Take ownership of the procurement processes for Service Department such as maintenance, annual scheduled services, spare parts , etc.

Ensure compliance with global processes and standards in all Service Sourcing activities.

Coordinate with central teams to manage the Service Sourcing scope of local projects effectively.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in Service Sourcing operations.

qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP, especially PO processes.
• Experience in purchasing in related fields such as negotiation, offer preparation.
• Proven experience in After sales sourcing activities.
• Experience within the renewable energy sector is a plus.
