Job summary
Metso, based in Ankara, is seeking a Pump Field Service Engineer to drive the yearly sales plan and oversee aftermarket support for Pumps, Hydrocyclone, Hoses and Valves. You will cultivate new business and manage existing customer relationships while delivering high-quality technical support.
You will travel domestically and internationally, provide hands-on field assistance, collaborate with sales and service teams, and uphold safety and product knowledge standards to strengthen market
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher in mechanical or related field.
- Experience in sales/technical support in mining or minerals processing.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute yearly sales plan and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with customers at various levels including maintenance teams.
- Provide field-based technical support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies.
- Ensure safety compliance and timely spare parts planning.
- Travel extensively for client meetings and on-site support.
