Job summary

Sulzer, a leading engineering company, is hiring a Sales Engineer for our Water business in Istanbul, Turkey. You will blend technology and sales to provide technical support through the sales process and help develop customer-specific solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with customers, partners, sales colleagues, and engineering teams to explore opportunities in metal and mining, strengthen commercial and technical capabilities, and contribute to an international engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical sales or sales support.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop customized solutions based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to confirm feasibility.
• Respond to inquiries with timely technical support.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners.
• Support sales activities focusing on metal and mining.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain records of activities in CRM systems.
