Job summary

Siemens Energy Turkiye seeks a Steam Turbine Field Service Supervisor to manage installation and maintenance of industrial steam turbines. You will coordinate with diverse teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in field service, experience with large rotating equipment, and strong English communication. Travel about 70% annually; Ankara base is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Experience with large rotating equipment, especially steam turbines.
• Experience in Power Generation Unit.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and maintenance of Siemens energy steam turbines on site.
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely execution.
• Document check sheets, procedures, and site reports with accuracy.
• Identify technical problems and provide expert guidance.
• Support post-outage activities and knowledge sharing.
