Job summary
Matec Turkey, the local office of Matec Industries, seeks a Pump Sales Specialist to grow the Turkish market. You will develop opportunities for industrial and slurry pumps, manage customer relationships, and provide technically appropriate pump solutions for mining, aggregates, and wastewater sectors.

Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining Engineering.
- Experience in industrial pump sales or rotating equipment preferred.
- English proficiency both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities for pumps in the Turkish market.
- Identify new customers and projects in mining, aggregates, and industrial applications.
- Visit customers and project sites to understand technical and process requirements.
- Propose pump solutions in coordination with our technical and engineering teams.
- Prepare and follow up technical and commercial quotations.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry to order.
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users, engineering companies, EPC contractors and industrial customers.
- Coordinate with Alfa Pumps / Matec Group in Italy regarding technical selections, quotations, orders and delivery schedules.
- Follow market developments, competitors and upcoming projects.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to Management.
