Job summary

Gizli is seeking a senior business development leader to drive opportunities in the PV market both domestically in Turkey and internationally. You will manage the end-to-end EPC bidding process, convert leads to opportunities, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to craft competitive proposals.

You will lead negotiations, align stakeholders, and present compelling offers while navigating diverse cultural contexts. This role requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in engineering or science.
• 5-10 years’ experience in BD/sales management in renewables.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EPC processes.
• Financial structuring is desired.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent English; additional language a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent negotiation across cultures and stakeholders.
• Effective presentation of complex concepts and opportunities.
• Flexible hours and no travel restrictions.
• Proactive approach to business.

Responsibilities

• Explore opportunities in the PV market in Turkey and abroad for EPC business.
• Convert leads into opportunities and manage internal RFQ process.
• Formulate bidding strategies for public and private tenders.
• Present proposals to prospective clients and customers.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence and report activities.
• Work with Engineering and PM teams to develop proposals and bids.
• Review contract terms and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company leaders.
• Define roles, responsibilities and deliverables for the team.
• Coordinate team activities for timely responses, submittals and proposals.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences and events.
