Job summary

• Executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• 10+ years in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with C-level executives to identify pain points in cloud/data center infra and ITSM workflows.
• Design end-to-end reference architectures combining hybrid cloud, on-prem data centers and ITSM platforms.
