Job summary

BilgeAdam Technologies GmbH in Turkey seeks an experienced Pre-Sales Infrastructure & ITSM Solutions Architect to bridge sales and delivery, scoping, sizing, and pitching enterprise-grade infrastructure and ITSM solutions.

You will partner with Account Executives to translate complex business challenges into scalable architectures and profitable commercial proposals, leading workshops and delivering end-to-end reference architectures.

Qualifications

10 years in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise IT environments.
Mastery of ITIL frameworks, CMDB design, service desk automation.
Experience with hybrid cloud and data center virtualization.
Ability to design end-to-end reference architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with client leadership (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).
Design end-to-end reference architectures combining hybrid cloud, on-premises data centers, and ITSM platforms.
Own the technical narrative and delivery scope for RFIs, RFPs, SoWs, and PoCs.
Build pricing models, license calculations, ROM estimates, and ROI/TCO business cases.
Collaborate with post-sales delivery teams to ensure project feasibility and smooth handoff.
