Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to act as the primary technical advisor across accounts and partners. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, lead workshops and PoCs, and coordinate resources for successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with account managers, channel partners, and technical specialists to design high-value data infrastructure solutions and articulate business value to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including storage, networking, servers.
Experience designing and presenting enterprise technology solutions to customers.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution recommendations.
Experience leading technical discovery sessions, PoCs, and demos.
Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive audiences.
Knowledge of data platforms, hybrid cloud, virtualization, or related technologies.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems and technology alliances.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical advisor supporting sales opportunities across accounts and partners.
Lead discussions, solution design workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs.
Translate customer challenges into compelling solution strategies and articulate business value.
Coordinate specialist resources and ensure smooth handoffs with post-sales teams.
