Job summary

Magnero Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Turkish team and drive growth for national and international clients. The role emphasizes strategy, audience definition, conversion tracking, and performance analysis beyond simple ad management.

You will work hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads, shaping campaigns, reporting outcomes, and improving ROAS while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years in digital or performance marketing, agency experience preferred with multiple client accounts.
• Advanced Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and more.
• Advanced Meta Ads with lead generation, sales, traffic, and engagement campaigns.
• Strong bidding strategy knowledge and budget allocation across channels.
• Expertise in GA4, GTM, and event/conversion tracking setup and auditing.
• Hands-on with Enhanced Conversions, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and first-party data.
• Solid understanding of attribution, UTM naming, and cross-channel journeys.
• Experience with CRO, landing pages, and CRO-focused testing.
• Fluency in key metrics and ability to explain results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build advertising strategies aligned to client goals including channel mix and budget.
• Set up and manage Google Ads accounts with keyword research, match types, and landing pages.
• Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns from objectives to creative and bidding.
• Create full-funnel strategies including awareness, consideration, and remarketing.
• Maintain conversion tracking across GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and Meta with Dev support.
• Monitor performance daily/weekly/monthly and diagnose root causes of underperformance.
• Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and pages; propose CRO improvements.
• Provide data-driven briefs to creative teams on concepts and messaging.
• Measure success by lead quality, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and revenue; incorporate CRM feedback.
• Guide budget allocation using attribution data and present reports with action plans.
• Spot growth opportunities and propose new campaigns, channels, and tests.
