oBilet in Kağıthane, Türkiye, seeks a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support performance marketing activities on site. You will assist with Google Ads, SEO, and analytics, and help track KPIs while learning and growing with the team.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 year in performance marketing, plus English fluency and a data-driven mindset. We offer hybrid options, training, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a university (Engineering/Statistics or related).
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager).
• Creative and data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets and able to learn quickly.
• Willing to learn, self-development oriented, and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and analytics.
• Research industry trends and markets.
• Track campaign performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Create Google Ads campaigns and use bulk editing tools (Ads Editor).
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and discuss improvements.
