Jobgether SRL is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) based in Turkey. You will own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, scaling budgets over $100k monthly, and build campaigns from the ground up in a remote setup.

You will combine performance marketing, customer insights, and AI-enabled workflows to report on revenue, CAC, and channel performance while partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50k/month in Google Ads spend.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies and Performance Max.
• Experience building a Meta advertising account from scratch.
• Understanding of unit economics and payback periods.
• Experience launching new paid channels from scratch.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete paid acquisition process from audience research to revenue reporting.
• Manage and scale Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Build and structure Meta advertising from scratch with testing frameworks.
• Research audiences using first-party data and CRM signals.
• Develop AI-powered creatives and collaborate with designers.
• Set budgets, bids, and targets based on unit economics and AOV/LTV.
• Design structured experiments with hypotheses and metrics.
• Verify tracking across GA4, GTM, and CRM data transmissions.
• Manage freelancers or agencies for performance needs.
• Propose and launch new paid channels and evaluate results.
• Report weekly on spend, new customers, CAC, and revenue by channel.
