Job summary

Publicis Groupe Turkey is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead e-commerce campaigns across web and mobile apps for top brands. You will manage large-scale campaigns, drive app acquisition, and optimize against key KPIs in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, plus mobile app performance, analytics, and a test-and-learn mindset. Proficiency in English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, incl. e-commerce brands.
Experience with large-scale, high-spend accounts is preferred.
Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Mobile app performance acquisition, measurement and optimization knowledge.
Strong analytics using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Test-and-learn mindset with experience running experiments.
Familiarity with SA360 is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and professional working English.

Responsibilities

Manage performance campaigns across web and mobile app environments.
Drive app acquisition and performance campaigns, optimizing for business KPIs.
Plan and execute A/B tests, experiments, and new platform tests.
Identify opportunities on biddable platforms and scale campaigns.
Work with Meta Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads.
Analyze campaign and e-commerce data and translate insights into optimizations.
Stay updated on Google, Meta, TikTok products and broader performance ecosystem.
