Job summary

OPLOG Inc. is seeking a seasoned onboarding and operations specialist to manage the end-to-end integration of new customers in Türkiye.

You will translate customer expectations into actionable operational requirements and coordinate across warehouse, IT, finance, and customer service to set up processes and master data. With a background in industrial engineering or logistics and at least five years in logistics or process improvement, you will design workflows, prepare SOPs, and drive go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on onboarding, process analysis, and operational transition experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, order management, and distribution.
• Experience with system integrations (WMS/TMS/ERP).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the operational onboarding of new customers end to end
• Translate post‑sales customer expectations into operational requirements
• Build the onboarding project plan and track timelines with relevant teams
• Coordinate across warehouse, operations, IT, finance, customer service, and commercial teams
• Analyze customer processes and design operational workflows
• Act as the bridge between business units in WMS/TMS/ERP integration processes
• Prepare SOPs, workflows, operational instructions, and customer requirement documents
• Ensure master data, product, location, pricing, and operational parameters are set up correctly
• Coordinate UAT, pilot operations, and go‑live processes
• Manage the post‑launch stabilization period and hand over operations smoothly to the relevant teams
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency projects

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer integration, project management, or process improvement
• Hands‑on experience in new customer onboarding, process analysis, and operational transition
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, order management, distribution, and supply chain operations
• Familiar with WMS, TMS, ERP systems and system integration processes
• Experienced in project planning, tracking, risk management, and action coordination
• Able to build process maps, prepare SOPs, and manage operational documentation
• Analytical mindset for KPI design, reporting, and performance tracking
• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and customer communication skills
• Problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
• Good command of English
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects at once
