Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive for Uber for Business (U4B) who will build the Uber community within organizations with fewer than 2,000 employees.

This is a hunter role in a startup-like environment, writing the playbook as you identify and close new opportunities. You will plan, strategize, and execute a semi-annual GTM plan, qualify prospects, negotiate contracts, and launch deployments with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech solutions or platform sales.
• Proven success in building 0–100 pipelines and driving new business acquisitions.
• Track record of value-based selling and crafting compelling narratives for strategic products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, and execute a semi-annual GTM plan to achieve quotas in the Mid-Market segment.
• Identify prospect pain points and craft winning narratives to expand lead generation and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate end-to-end sales motion for corporate customers: qualification, education, pricing, negotiation, and launch.
• Prioritize high-value leads and locate key decision-makers to sustain high sales velocity.
• Manage a mature pipeline and forecast structure with a rigorous sales cadence for leadership with accurate projections.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Implementation to ensure seamless and impactful account launches.
