Job Overview
Join Mindsite as a Senior Marketing Manager (Inbound & Demand) and take full ownership of building and scaling our inbound and conversion engine. This is a hands‑on role focused on generating qualified pipeline, optimizing conversion across the funnel, and turning marketing into a measurable revenue driver. You will work closely with product and sales teams to create high‑impact campaigns, sharpen our messaging, and drive consistent growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, and growth marketing.
- Strong hands‑on experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels.
- Experience in both SMB and enterprise‑focused marketing, with a clear preference for enterprise‑level positioning and execution.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing in a B2B context, including paid acquisition and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing directly to pipeline growth.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate product features into clear value propositions and ROI‑driven messaging.
- Experience with landing page creation, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition channels, especially LinkedIn Ads (Google Ads and Meta are a plus).
- Experience with retargeting strategies and campaign optimization based on conversion data.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel performance tracking.
- Experience working with tools such as Figma (for reviewing and guiding design) and Jira (for cross‑team coordination).
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, design, and sales teams.
- Fluency in English is a must.
In this role, you will:
- Build and scale inbound channels from scratch, including SEO, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Design, optimize, and own the full marketing funnel from first touch to qualified meeting.
- Generate high‑quality inbound leads that convert into real pipeline for the sales team.
- Own and continuously improve all core marketing assets, including website, landing pages, and product messaging.
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling, and ROI‑focused narratives.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads.
- Set up and manage retargeting flows to improve conversion across the funnel.
- Continuously analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better CAC and conversion rates.
- Redesign and execute email marketing strategies, including segmentation, flows, and campaigns.
- Focus on improving reply rates and meeting conversion rather than vanity metrics.
- Plan and execute event marketing strategies, including pre‑event and post‑event campaigns.
- Turn event participation into measurable and trackable pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
