Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu bünyesinde Senior Marketing Communications Specialist pozisyonu için deneyimli bir aday aranıyor. Bayi iletişimini güçlendirecek, görsel iletişim aktivitelerini koordine edecek ve markanın yerli/uluslararası pazarlarda tutarlı bir deneyim sağlamasına odaklanacak.

İlgili bölümlerden mezun, en az 5 yıl etkinlik yönetimi deneyimi, ileri İngilizce ve MS Office yeterliliği gereklidir. Ayrıca sürücü belgesi ve seyahat engeli olmaması beklenir.

Qualifications

• Pazarlama iletişimiyle ilgili en az 5 yıl tecrübeye sahip olmak.
• Sektörde veya bayi iletişiminde etkin iletişim ve organizasyon becerisi sergilemek.
• İleri düzey İngilizce yeterliliği ve dijital iletişim araçlarına hâkimiyet.
• Süreç yönetimi ve proje koordinasyonu deneyimine sahip olmak.

Responsibilities

• Bayilerle etkili iletişimi sürdürmek ve görsel iletişim aktivitelerini koordine etmek.
• Bayii ve servis merkezi açılış törenlerinin planlanması ve sahneye alınması
• Marka standartlarının ve kurumsal kimliğin bayii aktivitelerinde tutarlı uygulanması
• Promosyon malzemelerinin üretim, planlama ve dağıtımını yönetmek
• Ulusal ve uluslararası fuar ve kurumsal etkinliklerin planlanması ve organizasyonu
• Sponsor aktivitelerini koordine etmek ve süreçleri izlemek
• Video ve fotoğraf üretim süreçlerini yönetmek
• Projelerin başarısı için iç/harici ajanslarla yakın çalışmak

• Are a graduate of Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related departments,
• Have at least 5 years of experience in event management within marketing departments or in a related field (dealer management experience is an advantage),
• Have advanced English proficiency,
• Are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Have strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and project management skills,
• Can easily adapt to technological changes and digital communication tools,
• Hold a valid driver’s license and actively drive,
• Have no restrictions for domestic and international travel,
• Are result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership,
• Are a team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,

What will you do when you join us?

• Maintain effective communication with dealers and coordinate visual merchandising and communication activities,
• Manage dealer and service center opening ceremonies from planning to execution,
• Ensure brand standards and corporate identity are consistently implemented across dealer activities,
• Coordinate the production, planning, and delivery of promotional materials to dealers,
• Support the planning and organization of domestic and international fairs and corporate events,
• Coordinate sponsorship activities and monitor related processes,
• Manage the video and photo production process for marketing and communication activities,
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful execution of projects.
