Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu İstanbul ofisinde Senior Marketing Communications Specialist olarak göreve başlayacaksınız; marka iletişimini güçlendirmek, bayi iletişimini geliştirmek ve iletişim stratejilerini tüm pazarlama dokunuşlarında tutarlı kılmak için çalışacaksınız.

Ekiplerle işbirliği içinde kampanya materyalleri, etkinlikler ve sponsorlar gibi projeleri koordine ederken dijital araçlar ve görsel iletişim süreçlerini yöneteceksiniz.

Qualifications

• Mühendislik, işletme, ekonomi, pazarlama, iletişim veya ilgili bölümlerden mezun olmak.
• Pazarlama departmanlarında veya ilgili alanda en az 5 yıl etkinlik yönetimi deneyimi.
• İleri düzey İngilizce yeterliliği.
• MS Office programlarına hâkimiyet (özellikle Excel ve PowerPoint).
• Güçlü analitik düşünme, iletişim, sunum ve proje yönetimi becerileri.
• Teknolojik değişikliklere ve dijital iletişim araçlarına uyum sağlama.
• Yurtiçi ve yurtdışında seyahate engel olmama.
• Sonuç odaklılık ve sahiplenme duygusu.
• İyi bir takım oyuncusu ve paydaş yönetimi becerileri.

Responsibilities

• Bayilerle etkili iletişimi sürdürmek ve görsel merchandising ile iletişim faaliyetlerini koordine etmek.
• Bayi ve servis merkezi açılış törenlerini planlamadan uygulamaya kadar yönetmek.
• Marka standartları ve kurumsal kimliğin bayilerde tutarlı uygulanmasını sağlamak.
• Promosyon malzemelerinin bayilere üretimini, planlamasını ve teslimatını koordine etmek.
• Yurtiçi ve yurtdışında fuar ve kurumsal etkinliklerin planlanmasına ve organizasyonuna destek olmak.
• Sponsor aktivitelerini koordine etmek ve ilgili süreçleri izlemek.
• Pazarlama ve iletişim faaliyetleri için video ve fotoğraf prodüksiyon sürecini yönetmek.
• Projelerin başarıyla yürütülmesini sağlamak için iç paydaşlar ve dış ajanslarla yakın çalışmak.

If you also:

• Are a graduate of Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related departments,
• Have at least 5 years of experience in event management within marketing departments or in a related field (dealer management experience is an advantage),
• Have advanced English proficiency,
• Are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Have strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and project management skills,
• Can easily adapt to technological changes and digital communication tools,
• Hold a valid driver's license and actively drive,
• Have no restrictions for domestic and international travel,
• Are result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership,
• Are a team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,

What will you do when you join us?

• Maintain effective communication with dealers and coordinate visual merchandising and communication activities,
• Manage dealer and service center opening ceremonies from planning to execution,
• Ensure brand standards and corporate identity are consistently implemented across dealer activities,
• Coordinate the production, planning, and delivery of promotional materials to dealers,
• Support the planning and organization of domestic and international fairs and corporate events,
• Coordinate sponsorship activities and monitor related processes,
• Manage the video and photo production process for marketing and communication activities,
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful execution of projects.
