Anadolu Isuzu İstanbul'da Ürün Yönetimi Uzmanı olarak görev alacaksınız; fikir aşamasından ticarileştirmeye kadar ürün portföyünü yönetecek ve pazarla uyum sağlayarak değer yaratacaksınız.

İngilizce akıcıdır; küresel paydaşlarla çalışır, ekonomi ve müşteri içgörülerine dayalı kararlar alırsınız. Takım çalışmasıyla bağımsız çalışmayı da dengede tutar, seyahat edebileceksiniz.

Qualifications

• Üst düzey üniversiteden lisans derecesi.
• Otomotiv ticari fonksiyonlarda tercihen 2–3 yıl deneyim.
• İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü akıcı; küresel paydaşlarla çalışma becerisi.
• Güçlü planlama, raporlama ve organizasyon becerileri.
• Kendinden emin, öğrenmeye hevesli ve değişime uyum sağlayan.
• Takım çalışması ve bağımsız çalışma yeteneği.
• Yurtiçi ve uluslararası seyahat engeli yok.

Responsibilities

• Fikirden ticarileştirmeye kadar ürün geliştirme süreçlerini yönetmek.
• Pazar araştırması yapmak: anketler, trendler, rakip analizi, müşteri içgörüleri.
• STP dahil ürün pazarlama stratejilerini yönetmek.
• Yeni pazar fırsatlarını belirlemek ve iş birimlerine içgörü sunmak.
• Ürün demoları ve paydaşlarla iletişim sağlamak.
• Ürünle ilgili eğitimler ve toplantılar organize etmek.
• Yeni ürün geliştirme ve lansmanlarda aktif rol almak.
• Gelir ve karlılığı artıracak strateji önerileri geliştirmek.
• Satış, pazarlama ve mühendislik ekipleriyle yakın işbirliği yapmak.
• Ürünle ilgili taleplere net ve profesyonel yanıtlar sunmak.
• Yurtiçi ve uluslararası portföy stratejisini desteklemek.

• holdBachelor’s Degree from top-tier universities
• have 2–3 years of experience (preferably in automotive commercial functions
• are fluent in English (both written and verbal) and comfortable working with global stakeholders
• have strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills

• can work effectively both in teams and independently
• thrive in fast-paced environments with flexible working hours

What will you do when you join us?

• Lead product development processes from idea generation to commercialization
• Conduct comprehensive market research (surveys, trend tracking, competitor analysis, customer insights)
• Manage product marketing strategies including Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP)
• Identify new market opportunities and present insights to relevant business units
• Perform product demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders
• Organize and attend product-related training sessions and meetings
• Play an active role in new product development and product launches
• Develop product recommendations and strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
• Provide clear and professional responses to product-related inquiries
• Support domestic and international product portfolio strategy decisions
