Job summary

Anadolu Isuzu için Ürün Yönetimi Uzmanı arıyoruz. Fikirden ticarileştirmeye kadar ürün geliştirme süreçlerini yönetecek ve pazarlama stratejilerini uygulayacaksınız.

Uluslararası paydaşlarla çalışacak, piyasa araştırması yapacak ve satış/mühendislik ekipleriyle yakın işbirliği içinde bulunacaksınız. Üniversite mezunu, 2–3 yıl otomotiv ticari deneyimi ve akıcı İngilizce gereklidir. Esnek çalışma saatleri ve seyahat imkanları bulunmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Üniversite mezunu olmak.
• 2–3 yıllık otomotiv ticari fonksiyonlarında deneyim.
• İngilizce akıcı yazılı ve sözlü iletişim gereklidir.
• Planlama, raporlama ve organizasyon becerileri.
• Takım çalışması ve bağımsız çalışma yeteneği.
• Hızlı tempolu ortamlarda esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum.

Responsibilities

• Fikirden ticarileştirmeye kadar ürün geliştirme süreçlerini yönetmek.
• Kapsamlı piyasa araştırması yapmak (anketler, eğilimler, rakip analizi, müşteri içgörüleri).
• STP (Segmentasyon, Hedefleme, Konumlandırma) stratejilerini ürün pazarlama süreçlerine uygulamak.
• Piyasa fırsatlarını belirlemek ve ilgili iş birimlerine içgörü sunmak.
• Müşteriler ve paydaşlar için ürün gösterimleri yapmak.
• Ürünle ilgili eğitim oturumları ve toplantıları organize etmek.
• Yeni ürün geliştirme ve lansmanlarda aktif rol almak.
• Gelir ve karlılık artırımı için ürün önerileri geliştirmek.
• Satış, pazarlama ve mühendislik ekipleriyle yakından işbirliği yapmak.
• Ürünle ilgili taleplere net ve profesyonel yanıtlar sağlamak.
• Portföy stratejilerini yerel ve uluslararası olarak desteklemek.

• holdBachelor’s Degree from top-tier universities
• have 2–3 years of experience (preferably in automotive commercial functions
• are fluent in English (both written and verbal) and comfortable working with global stakeholders
• have strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills

What will you do when you join us?

• Lead product development processes from idea generation to commercialization
• Conduct comprehensive market research (surveys, trend tracking, competitor analysis, customer insights)
• Manage product marketing strategies including Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP)
• Identify new market opportunities and present insights to relevant business units
• Perform product demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders
• Organize and attend product-related training sessions and meetings
• Play an active role in new product development and product launches
• Develop product recommendations and strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
• Provide clear and professional responses to product-related inquiries
• Support domestic and international product portfolio strategy decisions
