Job summary
Anadolu Isuzu'da Ürün Executive pozisyonu için İstanbul'da ekiplerle yakın çalışarak ürün stratejileri belirleyecek ve yol haritalarını yöneteceksiniz. Mühendislik, proje, satış, PR ve pazarlama ile işbirliği yaparak müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz edip gereksinimleri tanımlayacaksınız.
Uluslararası pazarlara yönelik fiyatlandırma ve konumlandırma stratejileri geliştirip ürün lansmanlarını yönetecek, takım performansını izleyerek desteği sağlayacaksınız.
Qualifications
- İlgili disiplinlerde lisans derecesi.
- Ürün yönetimi ya da benzer bir rolde en az 5 yıl tecrübe.
- İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü akıcı.
- MS Office uygulamalarına güçlü hâkimiyet.
- İyi iletişim ve kişilerarası beceriler.
- Sonuç odaklı, kendi kendini motive eden proaktif kişi.
- Güçlü analitik ve problem çözme becerisi.
- Dinamik ortamda öncelikleri yönetebilme yeteneği.
Responsibilities
- Ürün stratejilerini belirlemek ve yürütmek.
- Ürün yol haritaları ve sürüm planlarını yönetmek.
- Ürün boşluklarını tespit etmek ve yenilikçi fikirler geliştirmek.
- İç ve dış piyasa dinamiklerini analiz etmek.
- müşteri ihtiyaçlarını inceleyerek ürün gereksinimlerini tanımlamak.
- Yurtiçi ve uluslararası pazarlarda fiyatlandırma ve konumlandırma stratejileri geliştirmek.
- Geliştirme, proje, satış, PR ve pazarlama ekipleriyle yakın işbirliği yapmak.
- Başarılı ürün lansmanlarını yönetmek.
- Endüstri etkinliklerinde Anadolu Isuzu ürün elçisi olarak temsil etmek.
- Takımı yönlendirmek ve performansı izlemek; ekip üyelerini desteklemek.

- hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines,
- have at least 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role,
- are fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- have a strong command of MS Office applications,
- possess strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- are result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive,
- have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- can effectively manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment,

- Lead the determination and execution of product strategies.
- Manage product roadmaps and product release plans.
- Identify product gaps and develop innovative product ideas.
- Analyze internal and external market dynamics to shape product strategies.
- Research customer needs, expectations, and experiences to define product requirements.
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies for domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project, sales, PR, and marketing teams.
- Manage successful product launch activities.
- Represent Anadolu Isuzu at industry events as a product ambassador.
- Guide and support team members while monitoring team performance and productivity.
