Job summary

Beko invites applications for a Senior Lead Engineer– R&D (Hardware Design) to join the Hardware Technology Team. You will design hardware for next-gen devices, delivering innovative, reliable, and well-documented hardware architectures while aligning with project timelines.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in HDL/analog/digital design, MCUs/MPUs, Altium PCB design, and strong English communication skills to collaborate across internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in hardware design.
• Experience in designing Switch Mode Power Supply (AC-DC, DC-DC).
• Experience in designing digital and analog circuits.
• Strong knowledge of MCU/MPU and peripherals.
• Schematic & PCB design experience (Altium preferred).
• Experience with UART, I2C, SPI interfaces.
• Knowledge of safety and EMC standards.
• Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator).
• Ability to adapt to market trends and new technologies.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead Engineer– R&D (Hardware Design) who will join our team at Hardware Technology Team.

Design hardware for new-generation devices to provide innovative and smart solutions,

Design cost-effective, reliable, robust, and well-documented hardware designs,

Managing individual deadlines and deliverables,

Working with internal and external partners.

How do we describe the perfect match?

Minimum 9 years of experience in hardware design

Experience in designing Switch Mode Power Supply (AC-DC, DC-DC)

Experience in designing digital and analog circuits

Strong knowledge of the selection of MCU&MPU and peripherals

Design and analysis experience according to Safety and EMC standards

Strong knowledge of Schematic & PCB design (preferably Altium)

Strong knowledge of passive components

Experience with the interface of UART, I2C, SPI

Strong knowledge of lab equipment specs and usage (oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator, etc.)

Experienced in using simulation tools (preferably LTSpice or etc)

Excellent verbal and written skills in English
