Job summary

Beko is seeking an AWS Cloud Developer to join the R&D Directorate at its Arçelik IoT Labs in Ankara, Türkiye. You will continually improve cloud architectures for performance and cost efficiency, and coordinate with mobile, embedded, and design teams to deliver upcoming features.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AWS cloud development experience, strong Java skills (or Python/Go/NodeJS as a plus), and hands-on AWS operations experience. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing AWS cloud services.
• Familiar with test-driven development, Agile methodologies, and Git workflow.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and proven experience in developing AWS cloud-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Java (Python/Go/NodeJS can be a plus) and solid software architecture understanding.
• Hands-on development and operations experience with AWS (Terraform is a plus).
• Broad experience in front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Thorough understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of networking and lightweight messaging protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

We are looking for a passionate AWS Cloud Developer who will join our team atR&D Directorate.

Improve the architecture on a regular basis for better performance, cost, and availability,

Sync up with the mobile/embedded/design teams for the development of upcoming features.

The position is located in Arçelik IoT Labs in Ankara “ODTÜ Teknokent”.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

Minimum 3 years of experience in the development of AWS cloud services,

Being comfortable with test-driven development, agile methodologies, and Git workflow,

Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud & Proven Experience in developing AWS Cloud-based Applications,

Strong knowledge of Java (Python, Go, or NodeJS is a plus) programming language with a neat understanding of software architecture design in general,

Deep hands-on development and operations experience with AWS cloud platform (Terraform is a plus)

Broad experience in front-end & back-end frameworks,

Thorough understanding of SQL & NoSQL database systems,

Strong knowledge of networking & lightweight messaging protocols,

Excellent verbal and written skills in English
