Job summary

Beko Corporate seeks a Specialist Engineer- R&D to join the R&D Directorate. The role focuses on digital modeling, CAE tooling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive home appliance innovation.

You will develop design studies, prepare test plans, document results, and contribute to patent filings while advancing projects in a fast-paced, global team. A Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred, with experience in home appliance R&D and CAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in project-based R&D environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles and structural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on digital modeling and CAE tool usage (HyperWorks preferred) and AI-based design benchmarking.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet project milestones and manage CAE activities.
• Ensure technical documentation, patent application, and reporting are completed on time.
• Prepare design studies, experimental setups, test plans, and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support innovation and product development.
• Execute and improve assigned R&D projects.

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist Engineer- R&D who will join our team at R&D Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Follow up on digital modeling and structural design activities and CAE tool usage (Hyperworks preferred), AI-based design tool benchmarking, and implement CAE Modelling Ecosystem
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure project milestones are met and be responsible for the squad's CAE activities.
• Ensure technical documentation, patent app, and reporting are completed accurately and on time,
• Prepare Design studies, experimental setups, test plans, and evaluation reports for the relevant squad,
• Work actively with internal stakeholders to support innovation and product development, following the structural design process within the relevant Tribe's squad
• Be responsible for executing and improving assigned R&D projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Eng. Dept. (A master’s degree, either completed or in progress, is preferred)
• Having experience in project-based R&D environments, especially in the home appliances sector.
• General knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural analysis, and product development processes,
