Job summary

Beko Europe is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer– R&D (Hardware Design) to join the Hardware Technology Team in Istanbul. You will define global hardware requirements, design for new-generation devices, and ensure robust, well-documented hardware solutions that meet safety and EMC standards.

The role requires 9+ years in hardware design, expertise in MMPS/PS, digital/analog circuits, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 9 years of hardware design experience.
Experience in designing Switch Mode Power Supply (AC-DC, DC-DC).
Experience in designing digital and analog circuits.
Strong knowledge of MCU/MPU selection and peripherals.
Design and analysis experience according to Safety and EMC standards.
Strong knowledge of schematic & PCB design (Altium).
Strong knowledge of passive components.
Experience with UART, I2C, SPI interfaces.
Lab equipment proficiency (oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator).
Experience with LTSpice or similar simulation tools.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

Define global hardware requirements and design accordingly for Arcelik products.
Design hardware for new-generation devices to provide innovative and smart solutions.
Design cost-effective, reliable, robust, and well-documented hardware designs.
Managing individual deadlines and deliverables.
Working with internal and external partners.
