Job summary

Snibe is seeking a senior medical sales professional to expand the regional market in Fatih, Turkey for our IVD products. You will drive new business, train customers and run marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, while managing key accounts and coordinating relationships with KOLs to strengthen academic influence.

Your role includes supporting distributors to align with company strategy and accurately forecasting local sales opportunities using standard sales tools and CRM applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in IVD immunoassay sales experience.
• Have access to public and private market.

Responsibilities

• Expand assigned regional market with SNIBE products to potential customer groups to meet the set target.
• Conduct product training and marketing campaigns to enhance the brand awareness and manage the key accounts and maintain the relationship of KOL to enhance the academic influence of Snibe.
• Manage and support assigned distributors to ensure alignment with our strategy and target.
• Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities at local market using sales tools and applications.
