Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in insurance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Experience managing insurance programmes and claims.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Background in Non-Auto Elementary Insurance (Commercial & Industrial lines).
• English written and spoken.
• Male candidates: completion of military service.
• Degree in Banking/Insurance, Business Admin or Economics preferred.
• 2+ years with insurer or broker in technical or operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate insurance programmes and renewals.
• Assess activities to identify potential insurance exposures.
• Lead negotiations with brokers, insurers and external providers.
• Review policy terms, conditions, exclusions and coverage.
• Manage claims from notice to resolution.
• Provide expert insurance and risk advice.
• Monitor premiums, deductibles, limits and costs.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and compliant.
• Prepare management reports, risk assessments and recommendations.
• Support contract reviews and advise on insurance requirements.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, insurers and stakeholders.
• Monitor legislation, market conditions and insurance requirements.
