Job summary

Polaris Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Services Inc. in Turkey seeks a Claims Executive / Senior Claims Specialist to oversee local and global Property & Casualty claims within a 5-person team led by a claims director.

You will drive claims through to resolution from the first notification, settle negotiations with claimants, loss adjusters, insurers and reinsurers, and closely coordinate with the director to manage customer expectations in complex cases.

Job Description

You will commonly be expected to look after with local / global Property & Casualty claims and its relevant daily operation in a claim team of 5 handlers led by a claims director.

You shall be responsible for driving claims processes through to resolution as of the beginning of receiving notifications from insureds/claimants by having a locomotive role in your team as a senior handler.

You should have the eligibility to settle claims in an effective negotiation with claimants/loss adjusters/insurers/reinsurers by using your technical know-how and industrial experience you have.

It will also be expected from you to take responsibility closely working with the director especially for managing customers’ expectations in complex claims as well as all other cases including customer relationship services.
