Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Network Design, Program/Project Management, or Operations Strategy
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs with measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills including Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Strong business acumen including ROI calculations and cost-benefit analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior leadership experience
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to handle ambiguity
• Self-starter capable of independent work with limited guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end short-term and long-term planning, forecasting, and capacity management for TR Inbound Supply Chain operations
• Lead Monthly MBRs with Operations and Business to align targets, risks, and mitigations
• Own forecast accuracy metrics including root-cause analysis and corrective action
• Drive tactical execution and mid-cycle adjustments to align inbound actuals with plan
• Lead inventory ramp-up planning for promotional and peak events
• Own inbound vendor experience including capacity commitments and delivery performance
• Monitor seller-facing SLAs and visibility across inbound planning and execution
• Oversee delivery experience metrics across inbound network (pre/post delivery)
• Identify cost optimization initiatives with Finance across inbound operations
• Contribute to VBI programs, MBRs, and Event Learning Reviews for actionable insights
• Support S&OP alignment by synchronizing inbound inputs with ROW best practices
• Identify and document process gaps; design scalable issue-resolution mechanisms
• Define data requirements for TR planning workflows with tech teams to enable automation
• Support OP1/OP2/3YF long-range planning inputs for inbound network
