Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye seeks a Supply Chain Manager for a leading global company in Istanbul. The role requires extensive experience in procurement, planning, and logistics, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, optimize costs, monitor vendor performance, and report KPIs to senior management, coordinating across local and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of managerial leadership.
• Proven track record in Procurement / Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency and excellence.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage strategic relationships.
• Ensure effective demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead and develop cross-functional supply chain teams.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to senior management.
