The Senior HR Manager is a strategic, high-judgment leader and a core member of the Turkey Operations senior leadership team. You own the end-to-end employee experience across Mile sites, championing a culture of safety, inclusion, and service excellence.

Using AI-powered analytics, you'll derive real-time insights to tackle challenges in attrition, attendance, and engagement.
You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders in Turkey and across the region, guiding them through critical decisions and change management processes. From the operations floor to strategy meetings, you’ll keep a pulse on workplace culture while steering organizational initiatives. You’ll develop and empower your team to leverage innovative HR technologies, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiencies.
